我々はこれまで、液相を介した成長法であるVapor-Liquid-Solid(VLS)成長法によるREBa2Cu3Oy(REBCO)線材の高速成膜について報告してきたが、人工ピン材料BaMO3(BMO)を添加した際にBMOが偏析することが確認されている。本研究ではVLS成長法を模擬した薄膜結晶成長シミュレーションを用いてBMO偏析を再現し、VLS成長法においてBMO偏析が発生する原因について検討した。
