[17a-A408-7] In situ XAFS observation of amorphous TF-LIBs

In this study, in situ XAFS measurements were performed on amorphous Li-ion thin-film batteries to evaluate the valence change of cathode V-ion. XAFS measurements were performed 13 times in total for the initial state, 30-minute charge, full charge, 30-minute discharge, and full discharge in each cycle. The increase and decrease of the V-ion valence due to the desorption and insertion of Li ions during charging and discharging were captured.
