[VI-189] Outline of the construction of long rail on the ground part of sales lines

Tokyo Metro is promoting the use of long rails on the ground to reduce noise and reduce maintenance. The ground section between Chiyoda Line Ayase Station and Kitasenju Station was not long rail at the beginning of business. In the year 2000, the 550 m of the Ayase set was changed to a long rail, but the Kitasenju was still a fixed-length rail because the construction work of the Joban New Line was planned. A total of 950 meters of long-rail construction was carried out before Arakawa Bridge from 2016 to 2018. We will report on the contents of the examination and the preparation work and the outline of the long rail construction work.
