10-year exposure test evaluation results in actual bridge environment
Exposure tests with small specimens were carried out in three places for 10 years in a real environment of nickel high weathering steel. From the results, the long-term corrosion amount was estimated. In each of the bridges, the effect of the added component appeared, and the estimated reduction in thickness after 100 years was less than 0.5 mm, confirming good corrosion resistance.
