Japanese modern medicine is of high standard worldwide. However, from the viewpoint of the relationship between a hospital and a patient, it is a fact that There are irrational complaints and problems whose fundamental cause is that there is a cognitive difference between patients and nurses. The purpose of this study is to reduce the cognitive difference with the method of the visualization of the knowledge, to compensate for the communication disorder brought by the cognitive difference, and to coordinate with the nurse and the patient.
