積層欠陥エネルギー(SFE)のみ異なる6種類のFCC金属原子間ポテンシャルを用いて、刃状転位とFrank loopの相互作用をMD法で再現した。転位によるloop吸収、perfect loopへの変換、loopの剪断、3種類の相互作用形態が確認された。
