積層欠陥エネルギー(SFE)のみ異なるFCC金属原子間ポテンシャルを用いて、刃状転位とFrank loop相互作用のMDシミュレーションを行った。5つの過程によるFrank loop除去メカニズムが観察され、これらは、メカニズムによって異なるloop径・SFE依存性を持つことが明らかとなった。
