BCC鉄における格子間原子集合体の刃状転位への保存的上昇運動を機構論的モンテカルロ法を用いて計算した。保存的上昇運動の速度に関して従来の解析的結果とは異なった温度依存性や格子間原子集合体の大きさの依存性等が確認できた。
