[3B01] An Information-Theoretic Approach to Resilience Assessment

This study has two purposes. The first purpose is to propose new metric for indicating resilience based on uncertainty in communications between system and Decision-Maker. The second purpose is to develop an approach to implementing resilience based on the new metric.
