[1G18] Modelling for the behaviors of irradiation-induced defects in face-centered cubic metals

面心立方金属を対象として、部分転位拡張幅の時間変化を分子動力学法により評価した。オーステナイトに相当する低積層欠陥エネルギー材料では、融点の半分以上の高温でも、拡張幅が比較的小さいらせん転位でも,熱揺らぎのみによる転位の収縮は観察されないことが明らかとなった。
