BCC鉄中における転位と自己格子間原子集合体の相互作用に関して,on-the-fly kinetic Monte Carloを用いた原子論的解析を行なった.その際,従来時間スケールの問題により精緻な解析が困難であった自己格子間原子集合体の保存的上昇運動を取り入れ,転位による自己格子間原子集合体の吸収過程を再現した.
