Keywords:Spinodal decomposition, CALPHAD, thermodynamic calculation

The Fe-Cr binary system is known as a typical example of causing spinodal decomposition, but thermodynamic study when atomic vacancies are excessively introduced by irradiation has not so far been done. In this study, it is assumed that the vacancies exist excessively in the BCC phase, after adjusting the thermodynamic parameters for phase equilibrium state calculation, investigation on the spinodal decomposition for the binary system has performed.
