On the purpose of generating scattering law data for various materials, a general-purpose code for thermal neutron scattering cross-sections has been developed by using molecular dynamics. Applying the code to some hydrogenous materials as a first step, reasonable results on total cross-sections are obtained for a wide range of incident neutron energies.
