There are lots of X-rays emitted from the Crookes tube using the induction coil in a short time. Therefore, the X-ray signal piles up. Consequently, it is difficult to evaluate X-rays using general measuring instruments. In this study, we measured using BaF2 scintillator for time axis evaluation. The detector has a characteristic that the decay time of emission is very short.
