[1O01] Social value-orientation for science and technology, and nuclear risk communication

Internet survey was conducted for residents in metropolitan areas throughout the country with the aim of grasping values towards science and technology and attitudes towards nuclear power generation.As a result of analyzing values of science and technology, we extracted 4 clusters of scientific confidence group, attitude hold group, omnidirectional group, skeptic group.We report on the analysis of the characteristics of age, gender, interest, and consumption-oriented characteristics of the relation between these four clusters and attitudes toward nuclear power generation use.
