Tritium permeation barrier has been investigated for several decades to establish fusion reactor liquid blanket systems. In this study, yttrium oxide coatings were prepared by magnetron sputtering, and then the coated samples were irradiated by Fe ion on various parameters. Structure change was confirmed in the irradiated samples, and it depended on damage concentration.
