[2N17] Effect of rhenium addition on recrystallization behavior of tungsten materials
Keywords:Fusion reactor, Divertor, Recrystallization, Tungsten-rhenium alloy, Substitutional solid solution
It is well-known that grain coarsening of tungsten (W) materials for divertor component of fusion reactors due to recrystallization causes the decrease in strength and toughness in low-temperature range. Rhenium (Re) addition is considered to increase the recrystallization temperature by inhibiting self-diffusion of W. Recrystallization behavior of W-Re alloys by thermal history will be presented.
