中性子照射化で形成する照射欠陥集合体の挙動と形態に関して、分子動力学(MD)法の結果を初期値とし、On-the-fly キネティック・モンテカルロ法を用いた解析を行った。原子挙動の精確さを保持しつつ、MD法よりも二桁近い長時間での欠陥拡散を再現することが可能となった。
