低積層欠陥エネルギー(SFE)金属であるオーステナイト鋼に着目し,照射硬化のミクロ要因としてボイドとらせん転位の相互作用に及ぼすSFEの影響を原子レベルで解明した.交差すべりの発生有無,及びその発生回数が相互作用を決定づける因子であることが明らかとなった.
