[2N12] Hastening of β-decay of La-138 by High Energy Electron Irradiation

We have been trying to shorten the decay time of long-lived β-decay nuclei by nuclear excitation for the purpose of reducing the Cs-137 pollution in Fukushima.
Results of La-138 irradiated by high energy electron beam from electron linear accelerator indicated to change the activity slightly.
