In the fault displacement fragility evaluation, it is conservatively assumed that the fault displacement occurs right under the SSC to be evaluated. In order to make this evaluation more realistic, a method to incorporate uncertainty related to the action position of fault displacement into the fragility evaluation of components and piping systems and the applicability in actual fragility evaluation are examined.
