One of nuclear-reactor material is oxide-dispersed ferritic steels, it is well known that precipitation of nano oder's Cr rich phase hardens ferrite phase and decreases toughness in base material. Therefore,in order to observe the state of phase separation of Cr,we developed an anomalous small angle X-rays cattering (A-SAXS) method using synchrotron radiation. We report its development results and material analysis results.
