Registration

Pre-registration (July 1 to 30We will inform you as soon as the date is decided.)
  1. Register account, then log into website.
    Speaker: Please use the Log-in ID and Password you set at the registration of presentation. Please do not create new account.
    Auditor: Please create new account. Even if you already registered the account at the previous meeting, you need to create new account.
  2. Confirm the agreement and check "Agree", then register the presentation from "Registration".
  3. Payment due date is July 30, 2020. Please pay the fee by any of following ways.
    • Bank Transfer 
      Please pay the registration fee to the bank account shown in payment page and email.
    • Credit card payment (VISA, Master)
      Please log in to the registration web page then accomplish the payment on online payment.
    • Convenience store payment
      Please log in to the registration web page then accomplish the payment on online payment. Make sure to pay the fee before July 30 even if the different due date is shown on the web page.
  4. Once a attendance registratoin is completed, Registration Number will be issued. Please do not pay the fee before registration.
 *We no longer accept Japan Post Bank Transfer.
 
On-site registration (After July 31)
This time, we will not accept participation on the day of the event.

*Fees is including a password of proceedings website.
*We don't issue billes. We will inform you about the receipt issue later.
*The paid fee shall not be refunded in principle.
*We don't send a password of proceedings website beforehand if we cannot confirm the payment during the pre-registration period.
