Self-assessment is important to foster a culture of safety.Therefore, in this study, as a measure of data collection for safety culture evaluation, we made a trial questionnaire.
The question item regards the "Traits of a Healthy Nuclear Safety Culture" by INPO (2013) as "the image of the safety culture to aim for" and asked if there is a gap with the current situation. Then, the reason why there was a gap and the rationale for judging that there was no gap was requested.The free description was requested. The questionnaire was tested by a practitioner. Details will be reported on the day.
