In order to contribute to the stable operation of nuclear power plants from the perspective of human resource development, we are engaged in the development of operator support technologies that contribute to the maintenance and improvement of the capabilities of plant operators.
By applying a skill analysis technique using machine learning to the operation training, we made it possible to give plant operators quantitative operation know-how.
