The seismic diversity and robustness of SSCs against earthquakes were quantitatively evaluated by focusing on a natural period of the device and the spectral characteristics of ground motion. We report the results of the evaluation of 11 sites in Japan and the relationship between the characteristics of earthquake hazard curve and the evaluation results.
