Binary components of (L1,L2)2O3 (L1, L2 = La, Nd, Eu, Tm) were successfully synthesized at 1000°C followed by a systematic solubility experiment by undersaturation method. Then newly formed solid phases were characterized by using spectroscopic techniques such as XRD, SAXS and SEM-EDS to clarify the attribution of obtained thermodynamic data .i.e. solubility products to the exact solubility controlling phases.
