It has been indicated by the hot lab specialists that the requirement on the radiation resistance of the electronic devises for the decommissioning application is rather severe in case the maintenance of the equipment take into account. For the improvement of the radiation resistance, electrostatic vibration sensors with discrete semiconductor devices have been developed. The electronic circuits and the performance of the sensing system are reported. The system is going to be used for sound velocity distribution measurement in the damaged reactor components for the integrity assessment after the Fukushima-Daiichi accident. Feasibility for the strength change detection of concrete components is estimated. For the further improvement of the radiation resistance, development of the miniaturized electronic tube has been also conducted.
