To establish effective methods for the future fuel debris analysis and conduct human resource development for the analysis, the research program of Development of Ultramicro Analysis Technology for Fuel Debris Analysis is in progress. In this presentation, the program overview and outline of collaborative laboratories (JAEA and Tohoku University) for human resource development will be introduced.
