PuO2 and CeO2 have a fluorite structure and oxygen nonstoichiometric compound, which have similar thermal and mechanical properties. Property change in nonstoichiometric region was evaluated using results of DFT calculation and oxygen potential measurement and constructed Brouwer’s diagram. This diagram showed to be consisted among defect equilibria, electrical conductivity and oxygen diffusion coefficient.
