Keywords:oxide fuel, physical property, electrical pulse heating method

The high-speed electrical pulse heating method can settle problems, such as reactions with a sample container and composition changes of the sample by evaporations, by measuring physical properties with a short time. In this research, it was applied to measurement of an oxide ceramics sample and oxide melt fuel. Zirconia and urania samples were measured by introduction of multistage stepwise heating method. As a result, a possibility of the ceramics melt sample measurement at high temperature was indicated by improvement of heating method.
