Characters of fuel debris should be diverse and change with time. The analysis system for their behavior has to be versatile for revision with data obtained along the decommissioning stages. It has to properly connect the limited information from the laboratory experiments to the real-system real-time predictions. The system connects the discrete element method with the Monte Carlo simulation in dose calculation. Python package is being prepared for radiolysis and debris surface reaction analyses. In radiolysis analysis, care was taken to make the characteristics of laboratory systems readily incorporated. Provisions are made for diagnostic analyses of each elementary phenomena. Sets of json files of basic data and csv files of experimental data in the literature are also being prepared.
