Keywords:Primary containment vessel venting, STAMP, System risk analysis

Primary Containment Vessel (PCV) venting is one of the managements during a Sever Accident (SA) at nuclear power plants. Various contditions of the plant, public evacuation, weather such as wind direction should be comprehensively considered at the judgement of the PCV venting, which will be discussed by stakeholders such as the plant site, official residents, regulator and local goverments. In this study, a system risk analysis on trial is performed using STAMP (System Theoretic Accident Model and Processes) focusing on the interactions among organizations.
