Keywords:Review , Diffusion Equation, In-core Measurement, Least Squares Method, Most Probable Power Distribution

Neutron flux and Power distributions are monitored for management of burnup, safety and so on in power reactors. As one of the methods it is said to be complicated and difficult of the method how to estimate the most probable power distribution in BWRs by applying the least squares method to combining the diffusion equation with in-core measurement. And then methods are reviewed and this result will be presented suitably. Firstly, subjects and problems will be presented.
