核不拡散・核セキュリティ分野における核燃料物質のNDA技術の向上を目的として、4つのアクティブ中性子法を組み合わせた統合型NDA装置の開発を実施している。今回、その装置のダイアウェイ時間差分析システムでのMOX缶サイズの容器を用いて実施した模擬高線量場での核物質の試験結果について報告する。
