Keywords:transmutation, minor actinides, hydride

Minor actinides are discharged to the waste treatment process.
In this research, nuclear reaction with neutrons transforms it into plutonium or short-lived or stable nuclides that can be used as fuel.
For efficient nuclear reaction of neutrons in a transmutation reactor, we use hydrides, which have not been used so far, as materials for nuclear reactors.
Americium (Am), which has a large effect on the heat generation of waste, is selected in MA, and transmutation is performed.
