As a new method for evaluating single crystals and oligocrystals, pulsed neutron Bragg-dip transmission analysis/imaging was developed. This method can non-destructively evaluate bulk crystal information at each position. However, analysis method of three-dimensional crystal shapes and orientations has not been established yet. In this study, a method for reconstructing 3D crystal orientation information was developed. In the method, neutron transmission spectra were measured from plural directions. By analyzing each Bragg-dip pattern and determining the crystal orientation along each direction, 3D grain orientation was reconstructed. This method was applied to experimental data of a Si-steel plate consisting of large crystalline grains, and 3D grain orientation information were simultaneously obtained for multiple grains. The results were consistent with those obtained by SEM-EBSD.
