3D-gel dosimeter under development is expected to measure the 3D dose distribution easily. But there is few information about the radioactivity in gel-dosimeter irradiated by Carbon ion beam. We studied the kind and amount of radioactivity in 3D-gel dosimeter by both the calculation by PHITS and the measurement of 3D-gel specimen irradiated in i-ROCK. It was found that the main radioactivity in 3D-gel was Be-7. For PVA-KI gel doshimeter, not only Be-7 but also I-123 was detected.
