Understanding of dynamical behaviors of hydrogen isotopes and helium in plasma facing materials is one of important issues relating the plasma controlling and the integrity of materials. In this study, the dynamical behaviors of hydrogen isotopes and helium in beryllium samples had been characterized using with the high-resolution mass spectrometer and the STEM-EELS with the atomic resolution analytical monochromator.

As a result, we had succeeded in concentration distribution measurements of hydrogen isotopes and helium atoms in the vicinity of the gas bubbles for berylliums samples irradiated with deuterium and helium mixed ions.
