The authors has been collecting earthquake experience data at Japanese nuclear power plants in order to understand seismic risk better and evaluate protective counter measures. Loss of offsite power (LOOP) is one of the factors that have a large impact on PRA. In this paper, we evaluated seismically-induced LOOP scenario based on experience data.
