In order to contribute to the design study of deuteron accelerator neutron sources, a deuteron reaction data file for light nuclei (^6,7Li, ⁹Be, ^12,13C), JENDL/DEU-2020 was developed. The outline of JENDL/DEU-2020 will be presented. In addition, the validation result by the simulation with the codes such as PHITS will be reported.
