The aim of this study is to investigate nuclear characteristics of small and medium modular reactor with inherent safety and non-proliferation features by applying uranium silicide(U3Si2) fuel with Reprocessed Uranium(RepU) or minor actinide(MA) and by small amounts of nuclear material inventories. RepU and MA are used in U3Si2 fuel to control isotopic ratio of Pu. Basic nuclear characteristic showed that safety coefficients of U3Si2 fuel with RepU and MA were almost equal to UO2 fuel. In non-proliferation analysis, it was found that material attractiveness of U3Si2 with RepU or MA were reduced because of chemical stability of U3Si2 fuel and higher isotopic ratio of 238Pu from RepU and MA.
