本研究では、レーザー誘起ブレークダウン発光分析法(LIBS)を福島第一原子力発電所の廃止措置のその場分析等に適用するために、レーザーの照射角度依存性と集光位置からの偏差の影響について評価してきた。本講演では、酸化物を用いた試験結果について報告する。
