We have used the 4D Langevin model to study the fission mechanism in the region of actinides and super-heavy nuclei in a consistent manner. By introducing the parameters corresponding to the zero-point oscillation energy of the dynamic variables to the Langevin model and adjusting those parameters, reproduction of the mass number distribution and the total kinetic energy (TKE) was improved. However, there was a problem that the effect of multi-chance fission on TKE was overemphasized. Therefore, in this study, the multi-chance probability by JENDL and results of TKE for the nucleus generated by the multi-chance fission were used. With these modifications, the mass number distribution and the TKE of complex nucleus 236U, 239U and 240Pu were improved.
