核不拡散・核セキュリティに資する高線量核燃料物質の非破壊測定法(NDA)の確立を目指し、3つのアクティブ中性子法を組み合わせた統合型NDA装置を開発している。本発表では、高線量核燃料物質から放出されるガンマ線がダイアウェイ時間差分析に与える影響について報告する。
