We developed re-criticality prevention technology for the decommissioning of Fukushima-Daiichi Nuclear Power Plants. Our insoluble neutron absorbers are high viscosity fluid carrying boron carbide (B4C) by using the surfactant-based rheology modifier (VISCOTOP). We evaluated its fluidity and model debris adhesive property. As a result, we found that the absorbers can be controlled to wide range of fluidity by changed surfactant concentration.
