In this presentation, using the "Questionnaire on energy and nuclear power" conducted by the Atomic Energy Society of Japan (AESJ) on residents of the Tokyo metropolitan area and AESJ members over a period of seven years before and after the accident at the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant, we will focus on changes in concern and anxiety about social issues, identify the similarities and differences between experts and the general public, and explore the relationship between nuclear technology and society.
