For the decommissioning of TEPCO Fukushima daiichi nuclear power plant, laser processing should be one of the useful tools, which generates aerosol particles on laser irradiation. We have developed the apparatus which can perform spectroscopic analysis of neutral atoms consisting in the particles with glow discharge plasma. This presentation will give the results of the evaluation of the analysis of laser generated particles.
