[2F02] Measurement of C of 180MeV/u Incident Charged Particle Production Double Differential Cross Section

The 180 MeV / u C particle incident generation double differential cross section, which was in the unmeasured region, was measured. A semiconductor detector, GSO scintillator, PWO scintillator, and CsI scintillator were used for the measurement. Results were obtained by identifying protons, deuterons, triple protons, 3He, α, 6Li, 7Li, 7B, and 9B particles by the ΔE-E method.
