[2F02] Measurement of C of 180MeV/u Incident Charged Particle Production Double Differential Cross Section

The 180 MeV / u C particle incident generation double differential cross section, which was in the unmeasured region, was measured. A semiconductor detector, GSO scintillator, PWO scintillator, and CsI scintillator were used for the measurement. Results were obtained by identifying protons, deuterons, triple protons, ³He, α, ⁶Li, ⁷Li, ⁷B, and ⁹B particles by the ΔE-E method.
