[2K02] About the external diseconomy of nuclear power

Regarding the evaluation of the external diseconomies of nuclear power, the evaluation was summarized in the review "Externalities of Energy and Nuclear Power" (Atomic Energy Society of Japan, 2006). Since then, the 2011 Great East Japan Earthquake and social conditions have changed over the years. Ten years after the earthquake, let us consider the external diseconomy of nuclear power.
